本研究目的為探究大學僑生在留台就學的過程中，生涯適應力的建構與轉變主題。依據Savickas的生涯適應力理論建立訪談大綱，進行深度訪談。共邀請4位大學僑生描述其在來台就學期間的生涯適應力經驗。依所得資料進行質性内容分析，透過資料的整理並歸納以下内容：

一、大學僑生的生涯適應力建構可分爲前期與後期，有不同的建構主題：
(一)前期在生涯適應力的建構主題包括：「職業自我概念：分明\隱約與契合\矛盾」、「發展知覺不確定性的内控\失焦與偏離」、「角色適應的接觸與互動」、「尋求\迴避問題與任務中的成長」。

(二)後期在生涯適應力的建構主題包括：「在不確定中尋求準備\尋求矛盾中的調適」、「發展知覺不確定中的決定\發展生涯阻礙的内控\知覺不確定性的猶豫」、「角色轉換的探索與聯結」、「個人準備度的評估\尋求問題與任務中的成長」。

二、大學僑生在生涯適應力中有四項轉變主題，包括：「訊息互動與壓力事件」、「對自我的理解與環境的認識」、「發現探索的意義與動機」、「展現自我優勢與劣勢的經歷」。

最後，依照研究結果進一步提出協助大學僑生「理解職業自我概念與環境」、「積極面對不確定性」、「開展探索的彈性」及」「建構經歷的正向意義」等四項研究建議，就未來僑生的生涯輔導與諮商發展提供方向。

The purpose of this study is to explore the construction and transformation of career adaptability during the overseas Chinese students studies in Taiwan.The research establish an interview outline based on Savickas' career adaptability theory. For conducting in-depth interviews, 4 overseas Chinese students were invited to describe experiences about career adaptability during their studies in Taiwan. The original data has been analyzed and organized by qualitative content analysis:

A. The construction of career adaptability of overseas Chinese students can be divided into early and late stages, with different construction themes:
(1) The themes of constructing career adaptability in the early period include: “Vocational Self-Concept:Clarity\Ambiguity and Fit\Contradiction”, “Development of Internal Control in Perception Uncertainty\Distract and Deviation”, “Communication and Interaction of Role Adaptation” , and the other themes.

(2) The themes of constructing career adaptability in the later period include: “Preparation in Uncertainty\Adjustment in Contradiction”, “Determination in Uncertainty\Development of Internal Control in Career Barriers\Indecisive” , “Exploration and Connection of Role Transition”, and other the themes.

B. Overseas Chinese students have four transformation themes of their career adaptability, including:“Interaction with Information and Stressful Events”, “Discovering the Meaning and Motivation of Exploration”,“Experience of Advantages and Disavantages”.

Based on the research results, four suggestions could assist overseas Chinese students，also it could provide directions of development of career guidance and counseling.
