In the 1960-1980s, it was the period most of the aboriginal male began to participate in Offshore Fisheries and Distant Fisheries. Most of them carry on long-time fishing operation and trawling operation always serve as the underclass or apprentice. In the text and research, the Amis is often used as a symbol of indigenous ethnic in this type of labor. This also highlighted the fact that the population flow under the context of globalization, a nation move to the ocean field due to geographical relations and sociocultural factor. This thesis is the author who is a second-generation urban aborigine, recorded and traced the Atayal tribe called Rgayung in the mountain by in-depth interview. Digging out the life stories of Chen Family that described they leaded Atayal people to the marine city for seeking development as the first in the same decade. These historical memories, which reflect the social structure in the tribe and the population flow with villagers under economic society in that era by using reportage and life history. There are three issues in here: First, different from the Amis, belong to alters’ marine experience; next, compared with the established impression of the general public, it will completely narrative the cources and professional skills of the Atayal crews as cadre class; in the last, to describe women in families and families that are rarely dicussed in marine experiences by their separate personal life histories. Finally, hope that this article can promote aboriginal adolescent who have grown up in the city. Raising the seif-identity in the current utilitarian mainstream society and face the own values of traditional culture and history.
