本研究主要目的在於以履歷表為介入工具,架構和設計一初步高科技產業男性非自願離職員工敘事取向的生涯諮商晤談工作模式,並探討介入後改變的歷程,以及呈現研究者在研究過程中的發現和反思。本研究以行動研究的精神,結合任務分析的架構和步驟做為研究方法,以一位前導性研究者和四位正式研究者為研究對象,藉由敘事取向生涯諮商和以履歷表做為介入工具相關文獻的整理,以及整合個人實務工作的經驗後,形成認知地圖理論模式的初步要件,接著反覆蒐集實務工作資料以比對和精練認知地圖的任務要件,以建立對高科技產業男性「以履歷表為介入工具之敘事取向生涯諮商」的晤談工作模式。
研究結果主要有兩個部分:一為初步建構以六個階段、十四項任務要件、以及三十九項任務細則的晤談工作模式;二為從任務完成於否、編碼的統計描述、和研究參與者事後訪談的逐字稿,呈現改變歷程中的關鍵因素和重要事件。最後研究者對於助人工作者和高科技產業男性非自願離職者的晤談工作,提出相關的建議和反思。
The purpose of this study was to build and design a framework of narrative career counseling by using the resume as media, to explore the process changes of career counseling, and to present this researcher’s reflections in the study as well, for male clients who experienced involuntary job termination in high-tech industries. This study was conducted by adopting structures and steps of task analysis with concepts of action research. It started with a pilot case and then followed by another four official practice cases. In addition to referring to related literature with regard to both career counseling of narrative approach and use of resume as media, this researcher also combined her practice experience to develop the initial components of a cognitive map constantly collected data and information of the practice cases for further analysis, and then refined the task components of the cognitive map.

There are two main findings for this study. First, framework of narrative career counseling by using the resume as media consists of 6 stages, 14 task components, and 39 items of working model. Second, this study presents the critical factors and important events for the process changes of career counseling by considering whether the task components are completed, analyzing the statistical description of coding, and reviewing the transcripts after the interviews with the male clients participating in the practice cases. Finally, this researcher provides suggestions and shares her reflections from study for professtional helpers who work with male clients who experienced involuntary job termination in high-tech industries in the future.
