最近，串流媒體服務是移動網絡中最重要的應用。許多串流媒體服務，如youtube、直播等，可以通過任何類型的平台和網絡隨時隨地使用。此外串流群播服務是串流媒體服務之一，並且將來會受到更多關注。
然而，在使用流媒體服務時，如何確保連接質量是一個重要問題。 在本文中，串流群播應用程式(application)是基於安卓(Android)系統實現的。 對話啟動協定(Session Initiation Protocol)被引入到所提出的應用程序中以便創建群播樹，並創建串流連接。

Recently, the streaming service is the most important application on the mobile network. A lot of streaming services, such Youtube, live streaming and so on, can be used anytime, anywhere through the any kind of platforms and networks. Moreover, the multicast streaming service is one of the streaming services and gets more attention in the future.
However, when using streaming services, how to ensure the quality of the connection is an important issue. In the paper, the multicast streaming application was implemented based on the Android system. The Session Initiation Protocol (Session Initiation Protocol) was introduced into the proposed application in order to create the multicast tree, and create the streaming connection.
