In this era of information explosion, people generate and receive a large number of digital messages anytime and anywhere. Cloud system has become the major choice to process and store these large amounts of information. This study adopts the cognitive-affection-behavioral theory and the internal and external motivations of self-determination theory as the theoretical background for the cognitive aspect of the framework. The PAD emotion model is the affective aspect of the framework. The behavioral aspect includes intention to obtain information and intention to pass information. The results indicate that internal and external motivations have significant and positive effects on dominance which has a significant and positive effect on arousal and pleasure. Arousal has a significant and positive effect on pleasure which significantly and positively influences intention to obtain information and intention to pass information.
