本研究主要探討航空志願役人格特質、學習敬業對學習成績與幸福感之關聯。在國防政策購置新型武器方針中,可能必須有更好素質來學習各型裝備及武器,因此本研究分別以五大人格特質自變項,學習敬業為中介變項,學習成績與幸福感結果為依變項,探討航空志願役五大人格特質與學習成績關係及幸福感,透由學習敬業之中介效果產生相互影響。經由對航空志願役為抽樣對象,以103份問卷分析,證實研究結果發現五大人格特質中具友善性人格特質的人,對於學習敬業與幸福感較能產生正向影響,最後仍發現加入學習敬業當中介效果後,五大人格特質中的友善性的人,必須透過學習敬業完全中介影響,進而對幸福感產生正向關聯,研究結果發現,五大人格特質的友善性與幸福感呈顯著正向關聯,學習敬業與幸福感呈現正向關聯,最後五大人格特質的友善性會透過學習敬業的中介效果進而影響幸福感。根據本研究結果,提出討論及研究限制與建議。
This study mainly investigates how personality traits (PTs) and study engagement (SE) in air force volunteers (AFVs) are connected with their learning performance (LP) and well-being (WB). As guidelines for purchase of new weapons in national defense policies may require better individual qualities for learning the use of various equipment and weapons, this study defines five PTs as independent variables and SE as a mediator and LP and WB as a dependent variable to examine how five PTs in AFVs are connected with their LP and WB through the mediation of SE. Analysis of 103 questionnaires from the selected AFVs confirms that friendliness in the five PTs is more likely to have positive effects on SE and WB. With the addition of SE as a mediator, it is found that friendliness in the five PTs still requires the full mediation of SE to have positive effects on WB. The study finds that there is a significant positive correlation between friendliness in the five PTs and WB; there is also a positive correlation between SE and WB; and friendliness in the five PTs can further affect WB through the mediation of SE. Based on these results, discussions, research limitations and suggestions are provided.
