The international PISA began to become an indicator of education reform. But at the beginning of the second decade, under the 12-year reform of the state religion, reading must move toward the evolution of the "2.0 version": from "like reading" to deepening to "reading", and "thinking through reading." Forming opinions, having the ability to judge and interpret. It has become an issue that teachers and parents should care about. The author has taught in Taitung Township for many years. The family background and cultural differences often cause children's difficulties in learning. Relatively the children in the western region can clearly feel that the children in the eastern part of the country are in a weak position. How can the cultural differences be resolved? Thematic study explores the common factors between different texts, whether it is emotions, characters, etc., perhaps thinking from the core concepts, can help children. For children who are foreigners, textbooks are the easiest and most frequently read texts.
