近幾年社會非常重視環境汙染的議題,傳統的水質監測模式為人工定時定點收集水體後送至實驗室分析水質,這樣的方式耗時且耗費人力,隨著科技的演進,我們可以藉由物聯網來改善水質監測耗時耗力的缺點。

本論文依照物聯網三階層設計即時水質監測系統,感知層布建水質感測器,監測項目為水溫、pH值、溶氧量、導電度,其中網路層(Network Layer)則選用最新的低功率廣域網路(Low-Power Wide-Area Network;LPWAN)-LoRaWAN來實作即時水質監測系統(Real-time Water Quality Monitoring),可同時達成傳輸成本低、傳輸距離長、耗電量低等需求,最終應用層則是將數據以圖表的形式即時顯示在網頁上,更直覺的了解即時水質情況。
In recent years, the society has attached great importance to the issue of environmental pollution. The traditional monitoring mode of water quality requires water body of manually, periodically and fixed-located data collected and sent to the laboratory for the analysis of water quality. This method is very time-consuming and costs lots of human resources. With the evolution of technology, we can use the Internet of Things (IoT) to improve the shortcomings of water quality monitoring.

The thesis designs an instant water quality monitoring system based on the three layers of the IoT. The perception layer sets up water quality sensor in which the monitored items are water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen and conductivity. The network layer uses the latest Low-Power Wide-Area Network (LPWAN), LoRaWAN, which can simultaneously achieve low transmission cost, long transmission distance, low power consumption, etc, to implement Real-time Water Quality Monitoring. The application layer is made to display the data on the webpage in the form of a gauge which learns more intuitively the real-time water quality.
