The purpose of this study aimed to establish the indicator contents and the of the professional competence of preschool educator of Da Ai kindergarten attached to Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation. Through literature discussion, questionnaires and expert meetings, we will build a kindergarten attached to our association. Fist,through literature review, there was discussion about the ideam of professional competence of preschool educator of the Da Ai kindergarten. First, based on the results of the literature discussion, the professional competence of the kindergarten and health service personnel are initially drawn up, and the literature index items are compiled. After questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the indicators of various professional functions are established. According to the results of literature review and statistical analysis,nine iteam professional competence and sixty nine indicators of preschool educator of Da Ai kindergarten of Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation.The professional competence of preschool educator were included,such as preschool professional ethical, teaching, child-care abilities, communicative abilities, classroom management abilities, counseling abilities, affair administrative abilities, professional growth abilities, the professional knowledge of the preschool education.
