This study is based on the drinking culture in the workplace to explore the attribution of police officers' drinking behavior. Network questionnaires and snowball sampling were used with 412 valid questionnaires. The study found that drinking culture in the workplace has a significant correlation and predictive power with drinking behavior, so to improve drinking behavior can start from drinking culture. Therefore, the correct drinking culture is very important. Reducing drinking conditions for job experience, smooth work, performance appraisal, and even to show heroism and loyalty will help improve drinking behavior.
