The object of this study is to illustrate the impact to career plan of the civil servants from the pension reform in Taiwan launched at 2017. Eight research subjests were selected from the central and local governers to interview in-depth to understand how they act to the reform by evaluated the effect of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The results reveal the civil servants didn’t know the details of new plan of pension well and stayed in low morale during these years. The results show most of civil servants will delay their retirement according to the physiological need of Maslow’s hierarchy and the new plan can extend the retirement age successfully. There is no significant differences between the subjets from different institutions, ages, sex, and seniority. |
