The creation of this narrative began in 2015, where the author observed the lives of people around her and investigated her perception and feelings about family, love, and herself. The author cultivated practices to progressively explore the relevance of her inner thoughts to creations in the moment of producing such works by describing her learnings from these relationships and depicting her reflections and understanding of each relationship. Furthermore, the author constantly organized her thoughts through review, internalization, and self-reflection to understand the transformation of her creative form and the subconscious memory of her inner thoughts at the moment of creation. Through the process of art creation, the author enhanced her personal skills and contemplated on developing and continuing her creative path in the future. This self-narrative begins with a self-exploration and is divided into five chapters. The first describes the initiation of the creation, motivation, objective of the research, and the research methodology and process. The second introduces the theoretical foundation, which encompasses the reflection and abstract expression of emotions. The third demonstrates the form and technique of the creation, including the concept of creation and its form, and the medium exploration and experimentation in the creation process. The fourth analyzes her individual works and interprets the meaning of her creations. The final chapter presents conclusions.
