集合筆者於2016年至2022年的拍立得創作歷程，從筆者自身出發，揭露自身的困惑與矛盾，延伸到親友，了解他們的困頓之處，透過創作的過程傳達筆者的對其的關愛及重拾相互信任感，最終擴展至筆者關注的對象，藉由拍攝行為獲取滿足感，進而增進自信心，再肯定自我，創作圍繞著困為主軸，發展好困系列。
好困為筆者對於人的困頓之創作論述，以拍立得影像、蒙太奇攝影、私攝影等相關文獻，探討相關藝術家創作形式與理念；進而決定筆者創作形式並說明創作意涵與創作過程、步驟、技法等；藉由講述筆者創作的作品，詮釋筆者對於創作主題-在乎我的人、我在乎的人及關注的對象之困頓表現，同時投射筆者情感與於作品之中；最後期許自身具備自信心、排除內心困惑，讓未來創作更寬廣與藝術性。

This is a collection of Polaroid creations from 2016 to 2022. Being through the painful year-long internal struggling and self-conflicting process, the author reached out to friends and family members having similar situations to understand what’s bothering them and what their needs are.
During the course of research and creation, the author managed to convey love to them, re-established mutual trust, and extended to the people whom the author's cares. The author gained satisfaction from photographing, increased self-confidence and self-affirmation. The main focus of this paper is on facing and dealing with worries, self-conflicting.
Based on the works by some pioneer photographers in this field, through Polaroid instant photography, montage photography, private photography, the author developed a method to capture people’s worries and anxieties using photography.
