本研究目的旨在以希望理論觀點，發展適用於女大生培力的生涯團體方案，並初探希望理論融入生涯團體，對女大生培力的變化與影響。本研究以歷程研究融合行動研究的精神，共招募8位女大生為研究參與者，形成8次16小時的生涯團體方案。研究者採用主題分析法進行資料分析。研究結果發現，希望理論應用於女大生培力生涯團體所開展之希望感內涵，萃取出4項「目標」、14項「策略方法」，與17項「能動力」的共同主題，且隨著團體階段的變化，共計發展出4種「目標」、8種「策略方法」和4種「能動力」的類型，接著透過定碼統計的方式，進一步呈現出希望感內涵在團體歷程的發展與變化。而經由參與希望理論應用於生涯團體之女大生，所經驗的女力變化與收穫，除了培養出生涯5大培力，亦提升女性自身的生涯想像，拓展更多元的發展面向。最後，研究者根據研究結果提出討論與建議，以及研究歷程中的自我反思。

This study aims to apply the perspective of hope theory to develop a group career program that is suitable as a tool for empowering female university students. At the same time, it begins to explore how hope theory can be integrated into career empowerment groups, as well as the changes and impacts it has upon the empowerment of female university students. This study uses a combination of process research and action research; eight female university students were recruited as research participants, and eight group career programs of 16 hours were conducted. Thematic analysis was used to conduct the data analysis. The findings of the research discovered that when hope theory was applied on female university students’ career empowerment groups, it opened up connotations of hopefulness, extracting the common themes of four categories of “goals”, 14 categories of “pathways” and 17 categories of “agency”. Further, along with the changes in the group stages, four types of “goals”, eight “pathways” and four “agencies” were developed. Subsequently, by means of code statistics, we were able to display the developing and changing sense of hopefulness during the group process. The female university students who participated in the process of using hope theory in group career programs experienced a sense of female empowerment and gains. Apart from developing five empowerments for one’s career, they also raised their own career imagination and possibilities, opening up many more varying paths and possible developments. Lastly, the researcher has suggested some areas for discussion and recommendations according to the results of findings, as well as some reflections upon the research process.
