在資訊科技蓬勃發展的時代,網路與智慧型手機的普及化,推動了現行的新支付方式「行動支付」的發展,本研究所稱之行動支付包括了臺灣社會目前所使用支付類型。然而在目前全球行動支付皆有相當良好的發展,臺灣的行動支付處於剛起步的環境,但也因為行動支付平台業者的努力以及政府的政策推動下,臺灣民眾對於行動支付的認知度越來越佳。因此於前述之環境,加上臺灣民眾對於行動支付之配備普及化的情況,本研究欲探討使用者對於使用行動支付之考量因素。
本研究經過文獻探討後,擬出本研究之架構後資料取得方式則是透過網路平台進行發調查問卷,發放期間為2019/05/15 至 2019/06/15,回收之有效樣本數為255份,經資料分析結果得出,理論貢獻的部分為知覺有用性、知覺易用性以及個人創新性對於行動支付之使用意圖有正向顯著的影響,而主觀規範則對於行動支付使用意圖沒有顯著影響,實務上則是建議業者在於設計相關APP平台時,能夠朝向有用及容易使用之方向設計,並且在設計時能夠有更多創新發展,讓使用者能夠增加使用意圖。
In the era of booming information technology, the popularity of Internet and smart phones has promoted the development of the new payment method "Mobile Payment". The mobile payment referred to in this study includes the types of payments currently used by Taiwanese society. However, at present, the global mobile payment has a very good development, and for the mobile payment in Taiwan, although it is a start-up environment, but also because of the efforts of the mobile payment platform operators and the government's policies, the Taiwanese people's perception of mobile payment gets better and better. Therefore, in this environment, and with the popularity of the mobile payment device in Taiwan, this study is to explore the user's consideration of using mobile payment.
After the literature was explored, the data acquisition method was based on the network platform. The distribution period was 2019/05/15 to 2019/06/15, and the effective sample number was 255. According to the data analysis, the theoretical contribution is that Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Personal Innovativeness have a positive and significant impact on the intention of Mobile Payment, and Subjective Norm has no significant influence on the intention of Mobile Payment. In practice, it is recommended that the industry design in the relevant APP platform can be designed in a direction that is useful and easy to use, and that there can be more innovative developments in design, so that users can increase their intention to use.
