農產品的源頭管理與食品安全是大眾所關注的議題,產銷履歷因此特別重要,可讓消費者容易追溯、追蹤農產品的所有產銷資料,也是農政單位積極推展的政策,過去研究以消費者的角度討論為多數,較少針對生產端的農民探討採用產銷履歷的意圖及行為。為了解農民對產銷履歷採用意圖及行為其相關影響因素,以花蓮縣作為研究場域,聚焦農民為研究對象,探討影響農民採用產銷履歷意圖之態度、主觀規範、知覺控制信念之相關性,並添增知覺價值對採用意圖之影響,另控制變項以性別等資料進行調節分析。
本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料收集,以SPSS 22及PLS 3等軟體以結構方程模型為研究的主要方式。在樣本的部分,以生產花蓮縣農產品的農民為研究對象,有效樣本數共210份。
研究結果顯示農民的態度、知覺控制信念及知覺價值對採用產銷履歷意圖均有影響且達顯著,僅主觀規範對採用意圖未達顯著,顯見花蓮縣農民不會受到其他個人或團體與論而影響採用意圖。另外,農民的性別、持有標章、土地擁有情況及全職或兼職等控制變項在態度、知覺控制信念及知覺價值對採用意圖之間具有調節的效果。
The source management and food safety of agricultural products are the topics of public concern. The production and sales resume is therefore particularly important. It is easy for consumers to trace and track all the production and sales of agricultural products. It is also a policy of agricultural development units. The past research is discussed from the perspective of consumers. For the majority, less farmers at the production end are discussing the intentions and behaviors of adopting the production and sales resume. In order to understand the farmers' influence on the intentions and behaviors of their production and sales resumes, Hualian County was taken as the research field, focusing on farmers as the research object, and exploring the correlations between the attitudes, subjective norms and perceptual control beliefs affecting farmers' intentions of producing and selling resumes. Adding the influence of perceived value to the intention of use, and controlling the change of the variable with gender and other data.
In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used for data collection, and the structural equation model was the main method for SPSS 22 and PLS 3 software. In the sample section, the farmers who produce Hualiian agricultural products are the research objects, and the total number of valid samples is 210.
The results show that farmers' attitudes, perceptual control beliefs and perceptual values have an impact on the use of production and sales resume intentions, and only subjective norms have not achieved significant intentions. It is obvious that farmers in Hualien County will not be affected by other individuals or groups. Adopt intentions. In addition, the gender, the possession of the seal, the ownership of the land, and the full-time or part-time control variables have a regulating effect on the attitude, the perception control belief, and the perceived value.
