本研究目的為探討純妨性青少年、非妨性青少年、混合犯案青少年與無犯罪青少年在性知識、性迷思、攻擊性、自尊、以及同理心等面向的表現與差異，以期瞭解妨害性自主青少年有別於一般青少年和非妨害性自主罪之青少年的特徵。
　　本研究採用二手資料觀察研究法，以花蓮某醫院2010-2011年度資料中的計畫參與者共212名作為研究對象，其中包含曾在花蓮縣接受地方法院觀護之妨害性自主罪及非妨害性自主罪之青少年100名，與花蓮縣無犯罪紀錄之青少年112名。研究對象以是否犯下妨害性自主案，以及是否犯下非妨害性自主案（其他案）分組，並將問卷資料依據測量概念分成性知識、性迷思、攻擊性、自尊、以及同理心等量表，進行描述性統計、相關係數、多變量共變數分析、邏吉斯迴歸等統計方法分析。研究結果摘要如下：
1.不論是否有犯案紀錄，當青少年有較正確的性知識概念與較少的性迷思有關係，認知同理、想像、觀點取替得分均與自尊有正相關；有妨性案者、不分組和有犯罪組之青少年的性迷思程度與攻擊性有正相關；有妨性案者的自尊與同理關心有顯著負相關。
2.純妨性組的性知識、自尊、同理心、觀點取替會低於無犯案組，有妨性案者的性迷思、認知同理能力顯著低於無妨性案者。此外，混合案組的認知同理與想像得分也顯著高於純他案組與純妨性案組。
3.在本研究中當青少年的攻擊性愈高、性知識較缺乏、自尊愈低、想像得分愈低時，青少年犯罪的機率愈高，但若針對已犯案青少年，性知識得分越高反而有較高的機率會犯妨性案，且性迷思較少者有較高的犯案機率。
　　本研究依上述結果進行討論，並依此提供未來研究方向之建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the differences in sexual knowledge, sexual myth, aggressiveness, self-esteem and empathy among the group of offense against sexual autonomy, the group of non-sexual offenders, the group of offenders against sexual autonomy and non-sexual crimes, and the group of non-offenders, so as to understand the differences in characteristics of adolescents, who committed offense against sexual autonomy, from ordinary adolescents and non-sexual offenders.
In this study, 212 participants from a hospital in Hualien from 2010 to 2011 were selected as subjects, including 100 adolescents who had been supervised by the local court for offense against sexual autonomy and non-sexual autonomy offense, as well as 112 adolescents who had no criminal record in Hualien County. The subjects were divided into groups according to whether they committed crime of sexual autonomy and non-sexual crimes, and the questionnaire data were measured by scales in terms of sexual knowledge, sexual myth, aggressiveness, self-esteem and empathy, to be analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient, multivariate covariate analysis, logistic regression and other methods. The study results were as follows:
1.Regardless of any criminal records, when teenagers exhibited a more correct concept of sexual knowledge and less sexual myths, the score points of cognitive empathy, fantasy and perspective taking were positively correlated with self-esteem. There was also a positive correlation between sexual myths and aggressiveness among adolescents of sexual offendse, non-grouping and offender groups, while a significant negative correlation was shown between self-esteem and empathy in adolescents of sexual offendse.
2.The group of sexual offendse did show less sexual knowledge, self-esteem, empathy and perspective taking than non-offenders, and those of sexual offendse had significantly less sexual myths and cognitive empathy than those without sexual offendse. In addition, the scores in cognitive empathy and fantasy in the mixed case group were significantly higher than those in the group of non-sexual offenders and the group of sexual offense.
3.The study found that adolescents with more aggressiveness, less sexual knowledge, lower self-esteem and lower fantasy, resulting in higher probability of juvenile delinquency. However, if the juvenile has already committed crime before, the higher the score of sexual knowledge would yield higher probability of committing offense against sexual autonomy, while adolescents knowing less sexual myths would more likely to commit the crime.
Based on the above results, this research discussed and provided suggestions and direction for future studies.
