本研究旨在探討臺灣中等學校射箭選手目標取向與知覺教練領導行為。研究對象為臺灣地區國、高中學生；藉由目標取向與知覺教練領導行為量表作為研究工具，採便利取樣方式進行調查，共計發放300份問卷，汰除無效問卷後，回收有效問卷298份，有效回收率99.3%，本研究資料如下:描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、雪費法、強迫輸入法迴歸分析等統計方法。研究結果歸納如下:
一、臺灣中等學校射箭選手在目標取向各因素中，「工作取向」與「自我取向」有顯著差異；臺灣中等學校射箭選手在知覺教練領導行為各因素中，「訓練與指導」
與其他四個因素有顯著差異
二、不同教育階段、不同訓練天數、不同學校區域之國、高中射箭選手在目標取向之量表兩個因素構面上皆達顯著水準，顯示國中射箭選手在目標取向之因素構面上
得分顯著高於高中射箭選手。
三、不同性別、不同教育階段、不同訓練年資、不同訓練天數、不同學校區域之國、高中射箭選手知覺教練領導行為之量表五個因素構面上皆達顯著水準。
四、臺灣中等學校射箭選手目標取向與知覺教練領導行為皆達到低、中程度正相關。
五、臺灣中等學校射箭選手的「自我取向」能有效預測知覺教練領導行為。

A Study of goal orientation and Perceived Coache’s Leadership Behavior for National secondary School Archery Athletes
Abstract
This current study aims at exploring goal orientation and perceived coaches’ leadership behavior for national secondary School archery athletes. All the participants are junior and senior high school students. Out of 300 questionnaires, 298 effective questionnaires on goal orientation and perceived coaches’ leadership were collected, yielding a 99.3% effective response rate. Various tools, including basic descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, Scheffe's analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Our finding are listed as follows:
1. For goal orientation, both task orientation and ego orientation show statistical significance; as for coaches’ leadership behaviors, “training and instruction” is significant compared to other four factors.
2. Level of education, length of training, location of school are significant for both junior and senior student athletes, indication that junior high school students have higher scores than senior high school students as far as the factors constituting goal orientation are concerned.
3. Gender, level of education, seniority of coaching, length of training, location of school are statistical significant for both junior and senior high school student athletes.
4. There exists low to medium levels of positive correlation between goal orientation and coaches’ leadership behavior.
5. “Ego orientation” has been shown to be a good predicator for coaches’ leadership behavior.
