任務型理財機器人的出現,打破了傳統的理財方式,除了具備門檻低、近24小時不間斷、低額手續費的優點,透過大量投資標的的歷史資料,例如:股票、基金、債券等等,可以分析未來可能潛在的趨勢,使得預測金融市場的發展變為可能,客戶也可以隨時隨地與理財機器人進行互動,選擇最適合自己的投資組合。
本研究使用LINE作為建構機器人的社交軟體平台,開發兩種類型的機器人,比較問答型機器人以及關鍵字式機器人對談上的不同,並且透過分析投資人的風險容忍類型,推薦適合的股票投資群組給予使用者作為投資建議,最後計算歷史平均報酬率是否符合使用者預期,驗證股票投資群組的可信價值。
The development of task-based financial management robots has broken the traditional financial management methods. In addition to the advantages of low thresholds, nearly 24 hours of uninterruptedness, and low fees, researchers can analyze the possibility of future trend and predict financial markets through a large amount of historical data of investment targets, such as stocks, funds, bonds, etc. Customers can also interact with financial robots anytime at anywhere, and choose investment portfolio that is the most suitable for them.
This study uses LINE as a social software platform to construct financial robots. We develop two types of robots, compare the differences between question-and-answer robots and keyword-type robot, and make robots recommend suitable stock investments by analyzing the risk tolerance of investors. Robots give users investment suggestions, and calculates whether the historical average return rate is in line with user expectations to verify the credibility of the stock investment group.
