This study aims to understand the status, relationships, impacts, and predictions of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Posttraumatic Growth, and mental health among Taiwanese people with different background variables and different levels of social support after the COVID-19. The subjects of the study were those who lived in Taiwan and were over 20 years old. Questionnaire survey was used as the method, with 413 effective samples. The research tools include " Interpersonal Support Evaluation List – 16 item", " Posttraumatic Stress Reaction Index-Short Form ", "Posttraumatic growth inventory- Chinese ", and "Mental Health BMI Index ". The results of the study are as follows:

1.Posttraumatic stress disorder and Posttraumatic Growth were lower than expected average. Mental health and social support were above expected average.
2.Women, young people or those with traumatic experience in the past have more significant psychological responses to the COVID-19.
3.Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Posttraumatic Growth, mental health and social support were all significantly correlated.
4.Posttraumatic Growth and social support significantly predictied positive mental health.
