This study aims to examine the relationship between health-promoting lifestyle, dementia knowledge and dementia worry in middle-aged adults. The study was conducted through questionnaire survey, and then we recruited 100 adults between 40 and 64 years of age. We make the conclusion below by analyzing the data with descriptive statistics, independent-sample T test, independent-sample one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis. The results of the study showed that:

1. Middle-aged adults do more often on “spiritual growth” and “health management”, and less on “health responsibility” and “physical activity” of health-promoting
lifestyle.
2. Female middle-aged adults have significant higher degree in dementia knowledge than male middle-aged adults.
3. The degree of dementia worry is low of average. The married middle-aged adults have significant higher degree in dementia worry than single middle-aged adults.
4. The higher level of “spiritual growth” and “health management”, the lesser degree of dementia worry.
5. The moderating effects of dementia knowledge between health-promoting lifestyle and dementia worry of middle-aged adults didn’t receive statistic support.

At the end of the study, the researcher makes some suggestions for middle-aged adults, mental-health profession and future research based on the research results.
