本研究的目的在於探索治療師與創傷兒童的遭逢經驗,從中對創傷兒童狀態變化的脈絡性有進一步的了解。本研究以詮釋現象學作為研究方法,對四名從事多年兒童心理治療的治療師進行訪談。研究成果發現,治療師與創傷兒童在治療現場中會依序呈現:「他異性經驗的抵觸」、「他者實在與自我實在的同在」以及「自我的轉化」等三個階段變化。從這三種循序變化中,得見治療師需要放下自我後,才得以貼近創傷兒童的世界。同時,「語言」作為兒童及其環境之間的表達現象,當兒童逐漸修復創傷、越發能說話時,亦象徵著其越來越能與環境共存。此外,本研究成果對治療師需要為創傷兒童「創造一個消化創傷空間」,即涵容的概念,進行了詳細的描述,並對未來的研究與實務工作提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the encounter the experience of therapists and traumatized children to get a better understanding of the context of traumatized children's state changes. Using interpretive phenomenology as the research method, this study went to interview four therapists who had been engaged in child psychotherapy for many years. The results of this study were that in the psychotherapy process, therapists and traumatized children were presented in sequence: "the conflict of alterity experience", "the coexistence of the other's original face and own original face", and "the transformation of the self". From these three sequential changes, it could be seen that therapists need to lower themselves to traumatized children's level before they get close to the world of traumatized children. At the same time, "language" was an expression phenomenon between children and their environment. When children gradually healed their trauma and were more able to speak, it also symbolized that they were more and more able to coexist with the environment. In addition, the findings of this study provided a detailed description of the concept of "contained and containment" that therapists need to create "a space for healing trauma" for traumatized children and make recommendations for future research and practice.
