This research aims to exploreimplications, practices, and applications of Confucius’ educational aesthetics. Through the method of Hermeneutics, starting from Confucius’ life stories, this research firstdepicted the beauty of characters in the teacher’s figure of Confucius’ educational aesthetics; second, analyzed the beauty of the affection in interpersonal relationship, which embodies in the teaching practice of Confucius’ educational aesthetics; Final, by integrating the researcher’s life experiences and teaching cases, interpreted applications of Confucius’ educational aesthetics inthe current society. Based on the above exploration, four conclusions could be derived: First, a good teacher should be authentic and enthusiastic, so that to manifest the beauty of openness. Second, by interpretation of “The Master was mild, and yet dignified; majestic, and yet not fierce; respectful, and yet easy” (from The AnalectsofConfucius), this research revealed the teacher’s figure that manifest the beauty ofharmony. Third, teachers should adopt the teaching mode of aesthetics, which is humorous, genuine, and graceful, instead of the teaching mode of dogma, suppression, and preaching. Fourth, Confucius’ educational aesthetics is not only “to perfect the good of people”, but also “to fulfill the beauty of benevolence”! Practicingbenevolence should include two parts: one is “rational thinking and judgement”, another one is “empathy, which is taking other’s perspective.” In the end, based on these conclusions, this research provided some suggestions to education professionals and researches in the future.
