In recent years, with the change in industrial structure, the competitiveness of traditional labor-intensive industries has been greatly reduced, leading to the suspension or closure of many enterprises and thus resulting in many unemployment issues. However, the effects of unemployment often cause a lot of problems and pressure on families or society. Therefore, employment promotion measures are of great significance and play an important role in helping the vulnerable unemployed to survive unemployment because they can reduce risks caused by unemployment on the vulnerable unemployed. The temporary work allowance plan is one of many employment promotion schemes. The workers who were evaluated and recommended by H Employment Center from 2017 to 2019 and have participated in the temporary work allowance plan were enrolled as the study subjects. Through the statistical analysis, this study found that the career choices of people who have participated in the temporary work allowance plan did not vary with their particular identities. It also notices that the value of social interaction attracted the most attention among the personal work values. Moreover, friendly work environments and job function improvement are the power to enhance positive work experiences and facilitate future re-employment. Therefore, the employment promotion schemes should still focus on active employment promotion.
