MND devote armed forces to achieve the goal of reduction in force by promote various projection which led to massive layoffs. The shortage of base staff that important membership, causing MND promulgate the policy of Sergeants’ Transferring to Second Lieutenants. In recent years, the transference is one of the most considerable on recruitment that supplement manpower who are willing to transfer to officers for achieve the missions. Although manpower supplemented, due to the different fundamental between officers and sergeant, led to the adaptation problems, such as duty, relationship and career planning. There quantity of this study are 10 cases which transfer from different rank by qualitative analysis. making depth interview and analysis on the future objective and direction of career planning. This study summarize 10 conclusion, six for duty, relationship, and career planning and four for future objective and direction of career planning. Hoping this study can give practical advice to the chief and transfer from sergeant in the future. |
