The company's management is roughly divided into five important parts: production management, marketing management, human resources management, R&D management and financial management. Nowadays, most companies pay attention to financial management, R&D management and marketing management, but fewer and fewer people pay attention to human resource and production management.
In recent years, due to the impact of the epidemic and the speed of media spread, both large and small enterprises in Taiwan have undergone great changes in the allocation of human resources and the financial allocation of companies. Human resources are the first element for enterprises to win in the market competition and are the most important resources with economic growth potential and creativity in enterprises. Financial management is the management of financial activities and financial relations of enterprises, which involves all aspects of economic activities of enterprises and is the core component of enterprise management. Therefore, I believe that companies should pay attention to human resource management and financial management.
This study provides an empirical analysis of events that faced significant human and financial impacts from the pandemic between 2020 and 2022. The study found that the epidemic and major changes in the company, the changes and impacts on finance and human resources are greater and are closely related to the human resources department. However, after recruiting new people, the company was relatively stable internally, and the subsequent company's financial situation was also steadily rising.
