This thesis aims to discuss the protection and practice of middle school students’ Human Rights. Taking a high school in Hualian district as an example, as a reference for the development of human rights education, this research first uses literature analysis to explore the development of Human Rights, Student Human Rights, Human Rights Education, the acts and conventions about Human Rights. Based on the relevant data, the interview outline was designed. Taking the in-service teachers and students of a high school in Hualien area as the research object, four in-service teachers were selected according to their different positions. Hoping the results of the analysis can be used as a reference for the Human Rights of students in future. Based on this research, there are some relevant suggestions as following: 1. Teachers have different perceptions of Human Right depending on the different positions.2.Teachers and students have different perceptions of Human Rights。 3. In this school, students put Human Right into practice in high level of participation.
