The non- disclosure of investigation is a legal principle well-known to Chinese citizens, and it is also a long- standing and controversial issues in the criminal investigation process. Its purpose is to maintain the efficiency of the investigation on the one hand, and to protect the parties and their relationships on the other hand. The principle of presumption of innocence of a person's reputation is the principle of prosecution in domestic and foreign laws according to the principle of presumption of innocence. Therefore, the administrative investigation power of political institutions should not be interpreted loosely. It meets the requirements of due legal procedures in democratic countries, and by studying the content of the investigation and handling of political affairs, avoids doubts that the work of political affairs may infringe on the rights and interests of colleagues or the people, and hopes to contribute to the implementation of clean government work in various agencies. The main purpose of this research is to construct a set of strategic management mechanisms that can conduct administrative investigations of political institutions and personnel, Through the qualitative methods of in- depth interviews, it is necessary to test whether various political supervisors and investigative practitioners are involved in the investigation. (3) how should the head of agency and public opinion representative s respond.(4) comprehensive research results and hand up forward specific suggestions for the ethics officials to comply with the response strategy of non-disclosure of the value investigation. According to the above research questions, this study found that 4 broadly oriented 21items of research found that in the first oriented " political investigation work management analysis" there are : anti-corruption and accountability work in political style work. Mainly, the government officials understand the operation of the organization and actively help protect their colleagues.
