Under the leadership of industrialization, life has brought great changes, and at the same time, the natural environment and living environment have brought great changes, especially in agriculture. For example, the implementation of conventional farming methods in order to increase high production volume, spraying a large number of pesticides and herbicides on the land, although it can improve high yields in a short time, but accompanied by serious damage to the land, the resilience is greatly reduced. In addition, the society is paying more and more attention to the awareness of food safety, and the requirements for food security have become higher and higher. Our country's "food agriculture education" originated from "food education" in Japan as the basis. Coupled with the 12-year curriculum reform of the state education (108 syllabuses) and the recent passing of the Food and Agriculture Education Law, more and more campuses are offering food and agriculture education. Even integrate the existing curriculum of the school into food and agriculture education. At the same time, the promotion of food and agriculture education series courses and activities is relatively smoother than in the past. In this study, in order to understand how the Tzu Chi experimental elementary school of Buddhist Tzu Chi University integrates the science class of elementary schools into food and agriculture education, the researcher used the interview research method in qualitative research, and the method of interview research was non-structured interview method. Teachers of Science (Life and Technology) conducted interviews on food and agriculture education, from which they learned that the series of food and agriculture courses will have different series of courses with different grades. At the same time, I also understand that the first to third grades focus on a series of hands-on courses, while the fourth to sixth grades focus on exploring various courses related to food agriculture and conduct in-depth discussions. These lessons bring great inspiration to children, that is, to cultivate empathy and care for nature. In the end, the researchers began to think about the follow-up issues, such as whether the land is sustainable or not, when the school no longer implements the curriculum plan. In addition, due to the ravages of the new crown pneumonia, the course achievement exhibition on the notice board outside the classroom is used as a second-hand data collection of qualitative data, instead of another research method during the prohibition of entering the campus.
