After the revision and implementation of Taiwan's "Family Education Law" in 2019, according to Articles 6 and 8 of the law, counties and cities should form "Family Education Advisory Committees" and "Family Education Counseling Groups", emphasizing the need to enhance the public's family education knowledge and provide universal access to family education. Family education and learning resources help people face the various challenges of modern families. With the evolution of the times, the family structure is also affected, which in turn changes the way families raise their children. Even though science and technology are changing with each passing day and the knowledge of parenting education is constantly being promoted, there are still many families that promote parenting education that is not in-depth and popular enough, and many parents still have many misunderstandings and confusions about the knowledge of parenting education. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to: 1. To understand the dilemma of schools in promoting parental education; 2. To understand the improvement strategies for schools to promote parental education dilemma; 3. To understand the single dilemma of schools in promoting parental education, relative What are the feasible improvement strategies? The researcher conducted a workshop composed of 10 members of the family education counseling group. In the research process of the workshop, the case study method is used, supplemented by multiple data collection and analysis methods such as literature analysis, focus group and hierarchical analysis, and multiple rounds of interactive questionnaires are conducted to analyze and sort out quantitative data and qualitative opinions. The analysis results will be discussed together in the focus discussion of the workshop to build a consensus on the solution strategy of the dilemma. The conclusions were as follows:1. Among the dilemmas faced by schools in promoting parenting education, "the school's parenting education activities lack a mechanism for feedback and inspection, and cannot be effectively improved and refined" was the top diploma that workshop members have faced and needed to overcome first. 2. The top priority strategy of the planning of activities should be systematic and coherent by the workshop members as the most feasible solution to the dilemma faced by the family education counseling group. 3. Each situation required corresponding improving strategy that parents unable to cooperate with the school to handle parenting education activities, the best choice would be to " the content and methods of implementing activities should be diverse, lively and attractive". Finally, this study would hopefully provide as school or superintendents of schools that promote parenting education or parents and future researchers, to improve their dilemma of improvement strategies for schools to promote parental education dilemma. |
