The purpose of this study is to investigate how the implementation and teaching practices of an age-appropriate picture book creation program for people over the age of 55 can open up a new learning experience and immersive flow experience. Through the implementation of the program and the participation in the creative activities of two groups of participants of different backgrounds, the researcher was able to connect the relationships between people in the exchange of artistic accompaniment, so that the individual's life experience and the meaning of life could be connected and the individual could re-interpret, locate, and affirm his or her own value of life.The following conclusions were drawn from this study:First, in the teaching process of drawing and painting in which the participants the flow experience of the heart, the participants expand their drawing and painting skills, gain new ideas and inspirations through interaction and sharing, and explore the meaning of life by combining their life experiences and memories of old photographs in the drawing and painting process, which reflects the participants' personal life experiences and their exploration of the value of life. Through the course, the musicians will be able to organize their own life history, find their own sense of value and gain a sense of accomplishment from the creation of their own books.Explore the content and meaning of life in the transformation of age-appropriate picture book creation. Through picture book creation, we can reflect on our own life experiences, whether positive or negative, which can shape our values, personalities, and wisdom, and empower the participants to accept themselves, cherish the present, and transcend the self with a broad heart for the future.Understanding the Mindstream of Age-Level Picture Book Creation In the Mindstream of Age-Level Picture Book Creation, the picture book program learns to change interest and increase affirmation and recognition of oneself through exploration and learning. Engaging in the activities in the flow experience generates a sense of joy, affirmation of their own further attempts and challenges, and ultimately the pursuit of complex skills to practice beyond themselves. |
