本研究之資料來源為2017至2022年有關金管會與銀行防制詐騙新聞報導計35篇，警政統計通報計11篇、金管會與銀行公會相關規範，採用文字雲與魚骨圖作為分析工具。研究發現，不管是何種型態的詐騙手法，一起詐騙事件中必定存在金錢財產損失，且經常是利用詐騙受害者或幫助犯在金融機構之存款帳戶。詐騙犯罪行為人擅長利用人性弱點，各種形式的詐騙犯罪案件隨著時代文明的演進而快速變化與擴散，社會大眾不分士農工商、學經歷、性別、年齡等皆不易辨明訊息真偽而受害，顯現出詐騙問題於社會上的嚴重性。本研究之目的期社會大眾體認金融機構行員的用心關懷提問，在從事金融交易時可以停、看、聽、查，更多方面了解何謂詐騙訊息、反詐騙相關資訊，並做好個人資料保護。社會大眾能以同理心提高警覺性保護自己及家人、朋友，進而能達到維護金融秩序與促進社會和諧。對於研究的發現與結論提出拙見，除了執法機關的落實執行，金融監理的預防，重要的還是需社會大眾個人自覺並主動查證，提升自我反詐騙意識，建立自我防護，以有效遏制詐騙。

The sources of data for this research are 35 news reports on the FSC and bank fraud prevention from 2017 to 2022, 11 police statistics bulletins, relevant regulations of the FSC and the Association of Banks, using word clouds and fishbone diagrams as analysis tools . The study found that no matter what type of fraud is used, there must be money and property losses in a fraud incident, and the victim or helper's deposit account in a financial institution is often used. Fraud criminals are good at taking advantage of human weaknesses. Various forms of fraud crimes are rapidly changing and spreading with the evolution of the civilization of the times. It is difficult for the public to distinguish the authenticity of the information regardless of their background in agriculture, business, education, gender, age, etc. The seriousness of the problem of fraud in society. The purpose of this study is for the general public to recognize the caring and caring questions of financial institution staff. They can stop, watch, listen, and check when engaging in financial transactions. They can learn more about what is meant by fraud information and anti-fraud related information, and do a good job in personal data protection. The general public can use empathy to increase vigilance to protect themselves, their families, and friends, thereby maintaining financial order and promoting social harmony. I put forward my humble opinion on the findings and conclusions of the research. In addition to the implementation of law enforcement agencies and the prevention of financial supervision, it is important for the public to consciously and proactively verify, improve their anti-fraud awareness, and establish self-protection to effectively curb fraud.
