本篇研究主要分析人造石產業之產業競爭態勢以及永續發展之趨勢。石材是建築與空間設計的重要建材之一,隨著全球經濟發展迅速擴大並且在許多國家的經濟中扮演著關鍵角色。然而,石材產業對資源需求的增加,也同時對環境造成巨大壓力。自工業社會以來,地球環境遭受持續的污染和破壞,資源過度開採導致耗竭,生態循環受損。這些問題引發氣候變遷、全球暖化,對人類的生存與未來產生嚴重衝擊並導致災難性的崩潰問題。各國政府日益重視低碳社會和環境永續,並在宣言、制度和法規中體現。近來有愈來愈多的產業面臨資源短缺、生態汙染等環境壓力,因此,研發改進和應用石材是時代演進的必需品,未來石材產業的發展需要以環保及永續為基礎,考量它們對環境和生態系統的潛在影響。

人造石的出現滿足了市場對於石材資源的需求,並解決部份傳統天然石材的限制和問題。基於上述,本研究以人造石產業為主軸,採取產業之五力分析以及藍海策略分析,分別探究人造石的競爭環境及市場定位,並探討人造石產業如何在環境壓力下永續發展。

結果顯示人造石可做為減少對天然石材依賴的替代方案,人造石中的石英人造石具有更佳之競爭優勢及永續發展。本研究並進一步綜合考量外部環境壓力與產業競爭條件,對於石英人造石提供有意義的觀察與分析,研究結果具有高度實務參考意義。
This study primarily analyzes the industrial competitive situation and the trend of sustainable development in the artificial stone industry. Stone materials are essential building materials in architecture and spatial design, playing a vital role in the economies of many countries as global economic development rapidly expands. However, the increasing demand for resources in the stone industry also puts enormous pressure on the environment. Since the advent of industrial society, the Earth's environment has been subject to continuous pollution and degradation, with excessive resource exploitation leading to depletion and damage to ecological cycles. These issues have triggered climate change and global warming and have severely impacted human survival and the future, resulting in catastrophic collapses. Governments worldwide are increasingly emphasizing a low-carbon society and environmental sustainability, reflecting these goals in declarations, institutions, and regulations. Recently, more and more industries have been facing environmental pressures such as resource scarcity and ecological pollution. Therefore, research, development, improvement, and application of stone materials are necessary for the evolution of the times. The future development of the stone industry needs to be based on environmental protection and sustainability, considering their potential impact on the environment and ecosystems.

The advent of engineered stone not only meets the market demand for stone resources but also addresses some of the limitations and problems inherent in the use of traditional natural stone. Based on the above, this study focuses on the artificial stone industry. It adopts a Five Forces Analysis and Blue Ocean Strategy analysis to explore the competitive environment and market positioning of artificial stone. It also investigates how the artificial stone industry can achieve sustainable development under environmental pressure.

The results show that artificial stone can serve as an alternative to reduce reliance on natural stone, and artificial quartz stone exhibits better competitive advantages and sustainability. This study further integrates external environmental pressures and competitive industry conditions to provide meaningful observations and analysis for artificial quartz stones. The research findings have high practical reference value.
