''Slash'' means that in addition to the main source of income from regular work, one or more occupations and identities have been developed for the purpose of personal interest or other diversified income, and then through multiple identities and occupations to achieve self actualization.
The gap between the rich and the poor in Taiwan is increasing day by day, and more and more people are more willing to develop a second income. The word "slash" is therefore used in a broad sense to describe the current situation of having more than two incomes at the same time.
The working hours of the insurance business are flexible and there are opportunities to generate high income, so is the slash life insurance business suitable as a long-term career direction for personal development?
The purpose of this study is to provide slash demanders with an understanding of the advantages and challenges of slash life insurance business, so as to evaluate the possibility of slash choice. Through the research method of in-depth interviews, we interviewed ten current life insurance business personnel with slash experience, and summarized the advantages and challenges of slash life insurance business through the sharing of personal slash experience.
According to the advantages: 1, growth, 2, flexibility, 3, helping others, and challenge factors: 1, external environmental factors, 2, internal personal factors, the conclusions of this study are used as a reference for insurance workers who are willing to slash basis, and make recommendations to the relevant management personnel.
